
Compete with kids from all over
the state of Arkansas. All age levels will
participate with kids in their own age bracket.
Age brackets are listed below.
Kids can compete in a variety of different events, running events as
well as field events. They will run in
their own events but be part of a team.

and Thursdays from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Conway High School Track.

Athletes who are still eighteen (18) years of age through
the final day of a national track and field meet shall be eligible to compete
in the Young Men’s or Women’s age divisions.
Athletes must compete only in their age division. No one may compete in a younger or older age
division. Relays are authorized for
Bantam, Midget, Youth, Intermediate, and Young Men/Women age divisions only!
ADVANCEMENT CRITERIA
Each association will qualify their athletes for
the Regional meet, and the Regional for the National Championship meet,
providing they meet all other AAU requirements.
Advancement will occur as
follows:
Competitors must advance through Association and
Regional Championships to qualify for the AAU Junior Olympic Games.
The top four (4) finishers in each age division
and event advance from the Association Championships to Regional Championships.

Games.
For qualification to the AAU National Club
Championships, athletes must simply be registered as 2008 AAU members.
Participation of relay teams shall be limited to
those clubs which hold current 2008 AAU club membership prior to the
Association meet. Relay teams will
consist of four (4) members plus up to four (4) alternates from the same
club. All participating club members
must wear jerseys and shorts of the same color at all National Championship
meets. 1,2,3 placement of a relay team
at the Regional meet entitles the club represented by that team to enter a
relay team in the same event at the AAU National Championship. The makeup of the team need not be the same
at the national level. However, the
relay team members must be from the same club, age division and gender.

Entry fee is $50.00 per child
and covers an AAU membership good for all sports through August 2008 as well as
the insurance provided through AAU.
You must have a FSTC
uniform to compete with the club. The FSTC uniform (shirt and shorts) is
$25.00.
(Some scholarship are available based are
financial need.)
